Mission
The CIC Equality Committee aims to identify and promote equal opportunities for all people working at the CIC
Specific Objectives:
- To gather and assess the current state of diversity at the CIC and eliminate all forms of discrimination.
- To promote awareness of the current situation and the values of equality, diversity and inclusion among CIC staff.
- To implement affirmative actions that foster gender and social equality (enlace a 1.f Acciones).
- To promote diversity and inclusion through scientific communication and public outreach activities and events (enlace a 1.e Documentation and Resources).
- To develop and disseminate the CIC Equality Roadmap (enlace a 1.d Equality Plan).
- To disseminate applicable legislation on equality and inclusion, as well as protocols addressing sexual and gender-based harassment (enlace a 1. E Documentation and Resources).
