Mission

The CIC Equality Committee aims to identify and promote equal opportunities for all people working at the CIC

Specific Objectives:

To gather and assess the current state of diversity at the CIC and eliminate all forms of discrimination.
To promote awareness of the current situation and the values of equality, diversity and inclusion among CIC staff.
To implement affirmative actions that foster gender and social equality (enlace a 1.f Acciones).
To promote diversity and inclusion through scientific communication and public outreach activities and events (enlace a 1.e Documentation and Resources).
To develop and disseminate the CIC Equality Roadmap (enlace a 1.d Equality Plan).
To disseminate applicable legislation on equality and inclusion, as well as protocols addressing sexual and gender-based harassment (enlace a 1. E Documentation and Resources).
