Advances in modern programming technologies have facilitated the development of innovative visualization tools and data analysis services. These methodologies enable interactive and dynamic data exploration directly through web browsers, which is essential for the effective interpretation of results generated by bioinformatics analyses.
This seminar introduces a suite of analytical visualization tools designed for the exploration of high-throughput sequencing data. These tools have been developed using modern web-based visualization technologies and a custom development architecture called LAMPR (Linux, Apache, MySQL, PHP, R). The tools to be presented include RJSplot, D3GB, Looking4clusters, Rvisdiff, RaNA-Seq, and MutationMinning, which are useful for the analysis of human exomes, RNA-Seq, and single-cell data.
These visualization tools not only facilitate the analysis of complex datasets, but also promote a more collaborative and insightful research process. By designing interactive and dynamic visualizations, these tools enhance the understanding of complex datasets and empower wet lab scientists to gain deeper insights into their data.
